Motorola Warranty Information

Motorola warrants all business radios and accessories against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of end-user purchase.

In Warranty:

End-User must send defective radio(s) or accessory(s) back to the Reseller they purchased the product(s) from, after which they will receive a brand new replacement product.

Business Radios (CLPe, CLS, DLR, DTR, RM, RDX): 2 year replacement on all radios purchased after 5/4/17 and 1 year on all accessories.

Commercial Radios:

• BPR40: 1 year warranty on radio, six months on all Mag One accessories (except batteries), and 1 year on Mag One batteries.
• CP185: 2 year warranty on radios and accessories.
• CP100d, CP200d, SL300, VX-261, VX-451, EVX-261, and EVX-S24: 3 year warranty on radios and 2 year warranty on all accessories.

Call Boxes: 1 year warranty

TLK Series: 2 year replacement on all radios and 1 year on all accessories.

VB400: 1 year over-the-counter exchange on cameras and accessories.

Out of Warranty/Repair Information:
